Preparations are ongoing for the 17th edition of the Malta Music Awards to be held on Sunday February 3 at MFCC, Ta’ Qali at 6pm. The awards hosts will be Keith Demicoli and Mandy Micallef Grimaud.

During this edition, 11 awards will be given, including the Best International Artist to Gotye for his song Somebody That I Used To Know. Entertainment will enrich the evening with the participation of Stallo, Duo Blank, 3 Artists, Planet Seed, Monroe, Ira Losco, Brooke, Hooligan and Red Electrick. There will also be a performance by the winner of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest that will be announced the previous night. Peter Andre will be the special international guest artist.

This year’s event is being organised with the collaboration of PBS and the awards will be held on the same stage as the Malta Eurovision Song Contest.
