Lombard touches another fresh all-time low

Lombard Bank sustained a decline of 1.67% on a single deal of 26,763 shares to close at a fresh all-time low of €1.77.

HSBC was the only equity to register gains during Wednesday’s session, up 0.19% across two deals to close at €2.65,5.

Bank of Valletta edged down 0.2% on a turnover of 118,736 shares to close at €2.46,5 on its last session trading as cum div.

One single deal was executed in FIMBank shares dragging the equity 1.27% lower to close at a 24-week low of US$0.78.

GO continued to trade at the €1.00 level and RS2 traded in significant volumes without affecting the last traded price of €0.60.

Elsewhere in the market, International Hotels Investments, Middlesea Insurance and Crimsonwing were active and negotiated at their last traded prices.

Low trading activity was recorded in the Malta Government Stocks market with a nominal of 78,489 exchanging hands across eight deals for a total value of €82,456.
