Alternattiva Demokratika has launched its electoral campaign and presented its candidates in St. Anne Square, Sliema

AD Chairperson Michael Briguglio, said: "AD is proud to have candidates contesting in all electoral districts. Our candidates are all committed to AD's policies. With us one knows where one stands, and our representation in parliament will ensure a responsible and consistent approach to the country’s challenges. Instead of political pique, AD represents consistency, responsibility and progressive politics. On Saturday January 19, AD will approve its manifesto for the general election, which focuses on all policy areas, giving clear priority to social justice, civil rights, environmental justice and sustainable development".
