Solidarity Overseas Service (SOS) Malta has been appointed fund operator for the NGO Programme in Malta.  The Programme is part of the implementation for the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.  The total budget of the Programme is €500,000. The agreement has been signed together with the Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels,

SOS Malta looks forward to working closely with the NGO sector to strengthen civil society development and enhance its contribution to social justice, democracy and sustainable development in Malta. The Programme in Malta will be implemented between 2013-2016 with the official launch to take place during the first quarter of this year.
